Your Resources Are on the Way!
We will release our messenger sparrow to visit your mailbox with the first resource. But before that, you have to confirm your email!
Step 1: Check your email.
Go to your email and see if you received a new message from us. If you can’t find our message in your primary inbox, try looking for it in your spam folder or Promotions folder.
Step 2: Open our confirmation message.
Our message has the subject line “Copy Castle: Confirm to Get Free Resources” and it’s sent using the email address “copycastleteam@copycastle.com”. Once you locate it, open it and read the contents.
Step 3: Click the "Confirm Your Email" button.
Scroll through the email until you reach a button labeled “Confirm Your Email.” By clicking on this button, you’re letting us know that your email is active and you are an actual human interacting with us.
Step 4: Reply "Done" to our message.
When you click the confirmation button, you will be redirected to another confirmation page. After you view the confirmation page, you must navigate back to our message and reply “Done”. This ensures that you will receive your free resources in your primary inbox and they won’t get lost in your other email folders.
Step 5: Wait for our next message.
After you’ve completed the steps above, our sparrow is finally free to alight in your mailbox! Our next message will contain the first resource. Why don’t we send everything all at once? We don’t want to overwhelm you, so we will give you the resources one by one in the following days. This allows you to focus on each of them in turn.
